We trekked down to Orange County for this adventure, our farthest venture south since our very first outing to San Diego. Gaia grew up in Orange County so she was our trusty guide.
I think this was my first visit ever to Laguna Beach, where we started the morning with breakfast at Nick’s.
After breakfast we cruised around the village and popped by the ocean for a bit.
We visited the Sawdust Festival next. We made many loops through the venue, stopped to admire photography, jewelry, clothing and pottery. I liked this purse in particular. #girlscouts.
AFter the Sawdust Festival, and another spin through the village of Laguna Beach, we visited Rogers Gardens in Newport Beach. We were on the lookout for these very special succulents. Living Rocks.
After our visit to the nursery, we ate dinner at The Beachcomber at Crystal Cove. This was a beautiful way to end the day.
